How It Works

Become FDCPA Certified

It is critical that organizations keep up with these changing laws to be in compliance.

Applicants in the FDCPA certification program will have access to a study guide to prepare them to complete CCA’s FDCPA certification exam. A major portion of the test is based on knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA) and how to stay in compliance.

Applicants’ successful completion of the courses is with a passing grade of 75 percent or greater. After passing the applicant will receive a certificate to document their successful completion of the FDCPA certification program. Applicants will have 3 attempts to re-take the test if they are not successful on their 1st attempt including in the membership cost. There is an additional fee to obtain more attempts to pass after three.
